If your appliance is in your garage, please plan to be onsite when the driver calls you 15-45 minutes prior to pickup. If you do not plan to be onsite at the time of pickup, please leave a note on the appliance that says, "I allow the Xcel Energy Refrigerator Recycling team to remove this appliance."

- We reserve the right to decline pickup for any appliance whose removal will put our team in an unsafe environment.
Appliances located in one of these areas qualify for an Outdoor Pickup:
- Garage
- Curb
- Driveway
- Backyard
- Other outside locations
In order to be eligible for the Refrigerator Recycling program, the household must receive electricity service from Xcel Energy. Natural-gas-only residential customers are not eligible. Appliance must be between 10 and 30 cubic feet. The appliance must also be functional to qualify for pickup.
